Start with the daily work
The starting point
A useful system reflects the way your team handles clients, projects or operational records. We identify the key entities, permissions and decisions before designing screens or selecting integrations.
Make handover part of the build
Decisions to agree
The scope covers agreed workflows, validation and reporting, plus how staff will use and maintain the system. Migration, backup, support and external provider costs are clarified separately. A prototype and an operational system have different acceptance needs.
A useful system starts with a manageable scope.
Examples include enquiry routing, draft content workflows, client and invoice tracking, internal knowledge assistants and scheduled reports. Integrations depend on supported APIs, account permissions and the tools you use.
Implementation is quoted separately from ongoing support. AI usage, messaging, hosting and other provider charges are identified in your proposal. We do not promise fully autonomous operation or error-free AI.

Questions aboutbusiness management systems
How do we get started?
Tell us about your business, the service you need and what you want to achieve. We review the enquiry and agree a scope before work begins.
What do you need from me?
Your business goals, audience, existing website or social channels, and any approved brand assets are a useful start. We agree a content and access checklist during discovery. Never send passwords through our enquiry form.
Will I own my website?
Ownership, account access and handover are defined in your proposal. Third-party themes, plugins, hosting and software may have separate licence terms and renewal costs.
Can you support us after launch?
Maintenance, content updates and ongoing marketing can be scoped separately. Your proposal will explain what is included, how support works and any recurring charges.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Advertising platform spend is separate from our management fees unless your written proposal explicitly states otherwise. We agree budgets before campaigns run. Results depend on the offer, audience, competition and other factors.
How do administrative enquiries work?
Use our separate administrative enquiry form to describe the assistance needed. We confirm availability and the next steps before accepting any work. Official fees and our service charges are explained separately.
