Privacy Policy

Newsletter subscriptions
If you subscribe, we save your email address, subscription status and the time and wording of your consent. These details are used for Neptune Digital Solutions newsletters and are visible only in the private administration workspace. You can request removal using our contact page. Signing up does not currently send an email; an email delivery service must be connected before newsletters can be sent.
About this policy
This policy explains how Neptune Digital Solutions handles information collected through this website and its business enquiries. Contact us at neptunedigitalzm@gmail.com or Room 202, Provident House, Ndola, Copperbelt, Zambia with privacy questions.
Information collected
Quote forms collect your name, email, optional phone, business name, service, project description, optional budget and preferred contact method. Website review requests also collect a website URL. Administrative enquiries collect basic contact information and the assistance requested. Submission time and a random reference are stored with your enquiry.
How information is used and stored
Enquiries are used to assess requests and arrange follow-up. They are saved in the site’s server-side database. There is no public endpoint for reading submitted enquiries. The separate private admin workspace gives the website owner access to enquiries, client records and financial documents. Newsletter signups are stored separately with consent; automated email delivery is not enabled.
Platform processing and local storage
Hosting providers process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website. Anonymous page-view totals are recorded by date and page, without storing IP addresses or visitor profiles. Advertising pixels and external analytics are not enabled. This website does not use browser storage to hold your enquiries. Platform sign-in may use its own necessary cookies.
Sensitive information and retention
Do not submit passwords, identification scans or tax records. We retain enquiry and client information for as long as needed to handle the request, provide agreed services and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Newsletter records are retained while subscribed or as needed to record consent and removal requests. You may contact us to request deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
Questions and requests
Email neptunedigitalzm@gmail.com to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw newsletter consent. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant record without sending sensitive documents. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also raise privacy concerns with Zambia’s Data Protection Commission.
