Status and scope
These terms cover use of the Neptune Digital Solutions website and enquiries about our services and digital products. Website information is an invitation to enquire and does not form a service contract by itself. Specific services and purchases are governed by the written agreement confirmed with you.
Proposals, fees and changes
Work starts only after the parties agree a written proposal, responsibilities, deliverables and payment arrangements. Package descriptions are indicative scopes. Advertising spend, software licences, hosting and official fees are separate unless expressly included. Scope changes may change fees and milestones.
Client responsibilities and ownership
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful content and authorised access. Ownership, third-party licences, handover, confidentiality and usage rights are set out in the agreed proposal. The site does not grant rights to third-party software or platforms.
Marketing outcomes
Neptune does not guarantee search rankings, sales, advertising results or fixed delivery dates through this website. Outcomes and timing depend on the agreed scope, client approvals and external factors.
Administrative assistance
Neptune Digital Solutions is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with ZRA, PACRA, or any government department. Official approvals remain the responsibility of the relevant authority. Specific service availability and any authority to act must be confirmed before engagement.
Enquiries and review requests
Submitting a form saves an enquiry; it does not confirm a booking, application, completed audit or accepted project. Availability, scope and next steps require confirmation.
Digital products and pricing
WordPress themes, plugins, online courses and downloads are supplied according to the licence, compatibility, support and delivery details agreed for the product. Prices may be listed in USD or ZMW; the currency and final payable amount are confirmed before payment. Purchase enquiries do not trigger an automatic payment, download or course enrolment.
Cancellations, refunds and concerns

Requests are handled according to the written purchase or service agreement and applicable law. Product-specific terms and any cancellation or refund conditions are confirmed before an agreement is made.
