Will I own my website?
Ownership, account access and handover are defined in your proposal. Third-party themes, plugins, hosting and software may have separate licence terms and renewal costs.
Can you support us after launch?
Maintenance, content updates and ongoing marketing can be scoped separately. Your proposal will explain what is included, how support works and any recurring charges.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Advertising platform spend is separate from our management fees unless your written proposal explicitly states otherwise. We agree budgets before campaigns run. Results depend on the offer, audience, competition and other factors.
How do administrative enquiries work?
